How I approach SEO, entity authority, structured content, and optimization for AI-mediated discovery.
AI discovery does not make SEO irrelevant.
It changes what SEO needs to prove. Ranking for a keyword is still useful, but the deeper question is whether systems can understand who you are, what you know, what evidence supports that, and when you should be recommended.
How I approach it
The work starts with clarity:
- define the entity and its topic ownership
- build durable pages for important areas of expertise
- structure content so humans and machines can parse it
- connect articles, notes, tools, and area pages through internal links
- use schema where it clarifies the page type and subject
- publish enough useful evidence that authority is not only claimed but observable
AI-mediated discovery rewards consistency, usefulness, and structure. Thin content dressed up as optimization will not carry far.
Where this connects
SEO and AI discovery connect to content strategy, brand authority, analytics, and the future of how buyers evaluate expertise before they talk to anyone.
